1. Turn off the power, remove the protective cover, and loosen the assembly bolts of the motor. After starting the motor, the PU synchronous belt is fully relaxed and can be removed without prying it up. Please do not pry the belt.

2. When installing a synchronous belt, if the distance between the centers of two pulleys can be moved, the distance between the centers of the pulleys should be shortened first. After installing the synchronous belt, reset the distance between the centers.

3. The conveyor manufacturer suggests that when there is a tensioning pulley, the tensioning pulley should be loosened first, then the synchronous belt should be installed, and then the tensioning pulley should be installed.

4. Remove the old belt and check for any abnormal wear. If there are problems with the design or maintenance of the transmission device, be careful not to use too much force when tying the synchronous belt on the pulley, or use a screwdriver to pry the synchronous belt to make the synchronous belt

5. When designing the pulley, choose a structure where two shafts can be close to each other. If the structure does not allow it, it is desired to install the PU synchronous belt and pulley together on the corresponding shaft.

6. When cleaning belts and pulleys, the cloth should be wiped with a small amount of non volatile liquid, and it is not advisable to soak or brush the belts with laundry detergent.

7. To remove oil and stains, it is clearly not advisable to use sandpaper and sharp objects to scrape. The belt should be dry before installation and use.

PU synchronous belt is easy to maintain and has low operating costs. Due to the fact that PU synchronous belts are made of materials such as glass fiber and steel wire with low elongation, the length of the transmission belt is small during operation, and there is no need to adjust the tension as frequently as triangular belts, chains, etc. In addition, due to the fact that PU synchronous belts do not require lubrication during operation, maintenance is convenient and the operating cost is much lower than that of triangular belts, chains, and gears.

Under harsh working conditions with dust, water, and corrosive media, chains are prone to rust and wear, and triangular belts can slip. PU synchronous belt drives can adapt to these conditions. Because this is a meshing transmission, it will not slip when there is rain. In addition, water is a good lubricant for rubber, which can reduce belt wear. When there are garbage and foreign objects, the teeth enter the pulley groove through the synchronous belt, and the toothed belt presses the air that was originally left in the pulley groove, expelling the compressed air from both sides of the pulley groove. The compression of this air simultaneously cleans the mating surface, removes garbage and foreign objects, and reduces the wear of the toothed belt. In addition, synchronization has high corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and can work normally even in the presence of high temperature and corrosive gases.
